In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff as a result of an alleged attack by a dog owned by defendants, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 24, 1970, which denied their motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements (cf. Wimbush v. Hurdman, 11 A.D.2d 1077; Kruger v. Elias, 209 N.Y.S.2d 351) . Rabin, Acting P.J., Hopkins, Munder, Martuscello and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
