ORDER


By stipulation of even date, the parties in this Fair Debt Collection Practices Act agreed to have the Court decide the case on the basis of affidavits and other material submitted by them, without trial, to waive the making of findings of fact and conclusions of law, and to waive any right to appeal from or otherwise challenge the Court's ruling. The Court, having examined the agreed materials, rules as follows:

1. Plaintiff Gina Fiore shall have judgment against defendant in the amount of $750 for actual damages and $250 for statutory damages, or a total of $1,000.

2. Plaintiff Frederick Fiore shall have judgment against defendant in the amount of $250 for statutory damages.

3. Plaintiff Joan Fiore shall have judgment against defendant in the amount of $250 for statutory damages.

4. Plaintiffs together shall have judgment against defendant in the amount of $2,250 for attorneys' fees.

SO ORDERED.
