Appeal by the State on the ground of excessiveness from a judgment of the Court of Claims which awarded damages for an appropriation of real property for highway purposes. Judgment affirmed, with costs to respondent. No opinion. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur.
