ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's Kansas City, Missouri trial session, scheduled to begin October 21, 2024.

On July 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for entry of decision requesting that the Court enter a decision in this case in accordance with the attached proposed decision document reflecting a deficiency of $6,650 for tax year 2020 and a penalty under I.R.C. section 6662(a) for tax year 2021 in the amount of $1,330 due from petitioner Anita Finney.
