Before the Court is Joel Damon Finley's pro se request for an investigation into the State's alleged manufacturing of evidence against him and request for a transcript of the September 25, 2024 appellate oral argument in this case. Finley is represented by counsel and is not entitled to hybrid representation. See Scheanette v. State, 144 S.W.3d 503, 505 n.2 (Tex. Crim. App. 2004), cert. denied, 543 U.S. 1059 (2005); In re Hall, No. 05-21-00641-CV, 2021 WL 4304569, at *2 (Tex. App.-Dallas Sept. 22, 2021, no pet.) (mem. op., not designated for publication). Accordingly, Finley's motion is DENIED.
