ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO PAY FILING FEE SIXTY DAY DEADLINE


Plaintiff Jowell Finely ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On September 19, 2011, Plaintiff filed a motion requesting a court order to direct CDCR to pay the filing fee in this action. The Court has issued findings and recommendations recommending denying Plaintiff's motion. However, the Court finds good cause and shall HEREBY GRANT Plaintiff sixty days from the date of service of this order to pay the filing fee in this action.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
