An appeal having been taken to this Court by proposed intervenors Esther Finkelstein, Yocheved Orlinsky, and Miriam Telowitz from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 08, 2021,

And the proposed intervenors having moved to stay the execution of a judgment entered on or about June 17, 2021, and all proceedings in this matter, pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
