Respondents-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 16, 2016 (M-6412), And petitioner-respondent having cross-moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeal (M-6520), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the May 2017 Term (M-6412). The cross motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appeal is perfected for said May 2017 Term (M-6520).
