ORDER

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. Respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on March 18, 2022. Respondent subsequently filed a Status Report on March 31, 2022, indicating that petitioners contacted respondent and would like to proceed to trial. In response to the Status Report, the Court held a conference call with the parties on April 1, 2022. During this call, petitioners made an informal request to proceed remotely.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 18, 2022, is taken under advisement. It is further
ORDERED that this case is stricken for hearing from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 11, 2022. It is further
ORDERED that this case will proceed remotely. It is further
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 16, 2022, at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) for Burlington, Vermont. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding; and (2) a Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's May 16, 2022, remote trial session for Burlington, Vermont.
This Order constitutes official notice of its content to the parties.
