No. 88-2841.

March 28, 1989.

An appeal from a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Mario Goderich, Judge.

Buchbinder Elegant and Irving B. Levenson, Miami, for appellant.

Kozyak, Tropin Throckmorton and Elio F. Martinez, Jr., Miami, for appellee.

Gus Efthimiou, Jr., Miami, for Richard P. Brinker, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, as amicus curiae.

Before JORGENSON, COPE and LEVY, JJ.

In this interlocutory appeal appellant challenges an order denying his objections to the sufficiency of process and service of process. As it is clear on this record that there was no deficiency in any respect, the order under review is affirmed.
