On February 7, 2023, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter duplicative copies of a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. Moreover, review shows that the decision appears to be signed on behalf of respondent by an attorney who has not entered an appearance in this proceeding. The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 22, 2023, the attorney signing the Proposed Stipulated Decision for respondent shall file an Entry of Appearance in this case. It is further

ORDERD that the copy of the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed February 7, 2023, at Docket Entry #6, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
