MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court's records in this appeal reveal that appellants have not filed a docketing statement. See Tex.R.App.P. 32.1. By notice dated April 28, 2003, appellants were informed that failure to file the docketing statement within ten days could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Additionally, in a letter dated April 30, 2003, appellants were instructed to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days. The April 30, 2003 letter reminded appellants that the docketing statement was due to be filed on or before May 8, 2003 and that failure to file a docketing statement would subject the appeal to dismissal for want of prosecution without further notice from the Court. Appellants have failed to respond to the April 30, 2003 letter.

On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
