DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for stay of time to file brief and record on appeal and to settle record list on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for stay of time to file brief and record on appeal is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated April 12, 2017 is extended to June 28, 2019. No further extensions of time will be granted. It is further

ORDERED that the motion to review the settlement of the record is granted, without costs, and upon review of the decision of the Workers' Compensation Board filed February 5, 2019, the decision is upheld.
