DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 21, 2020. Motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of the filing fee, free transcripts, and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), and by serving one copy of the appellant's brief and filing one copy of the appellant's brief in the office of the Clerk of the Court, by regular mail, is extended until November 8, 2021.
