ORDER

The Court orders plaintiff-appellant, Richard Finch, Jr., and defendant-appellee, Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London, to each file a supplemental brief addressing how, in the insurance policy at issue, the "while driving" language defining the "insured" shall be construed with the policy provisions providing for coverage "while under 'dispatch,'" which is defined to include "loading or unloading a load." The briefs shall be filed no later than 14 days after the issuance of this order. No reply briefs may be filed.
