This case was on the December 18, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We granted a third continuance, because they reported that there was essentially one large issue - a claimed bad-debt deduction -- remaining. They recently reported that they have reached a oral basis for settlement and respondent has submitted tax computations based on that settlement. It is therefore
