This case was on the December 18, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We granted a third continuance, because they reported that there was essentially one large issue - a claimed bad-debt deduction -- remaining. They recently reported that they've made continued progress and are trading settlement offers. It continues to be reasonable to keep the case on a status-report track, and it is
