An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 26, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And counsel for defendants-respondents having moved to withdraw as counsel, and to adjourn the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proof of service upon defendants-respondents by regular mail at their last known address, after diligent inquiry as to same. The appeal is adjourned to the April 2020 Term.
