Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Strike as to the Taxable Year 2020, filed August 16, 2021, and supplemented September 1, 2021, is granted in that so much of this case as pertains to petitioner's taxable year 2020 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and deemed stricken.
