This case is calendared for trial at the February 7, 2022, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma remote Trial Session of the Court. On December 22, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. On January 6, 2022, the Court set respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's January 26, 2022, special hearing session to be conducted remotely for a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m., (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. On January 21, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court as to whether the third parties have complied with the subpoenas. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall strike the special hearing session to be conducted remotely for a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m., (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, on respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing.
