On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the plaintiff-appellant for leave to file a reply in excess of the page limit restriction is DENIED. The 38–page reply submitted on June 23, 2015, in response to defendant-appellee Efficient Design's answer is stricken. Plaintiff-appellant shall have 21 days from the date of this order to submit a new reply that is limited to no more than 20 pages in length.
