Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of the petitioner-appellant to extend the time for filing a reply is GRANTED. The motion of petitioner-appellant for leave to file a reply in excess of the page limit restriction is DENIED, and the 29–page reply submitted on June 22, 2015, is stricken. Petitioner-appellant shall have 21 days from the date of this order to submit a new reply that is limited to no more than 20 pages in length.
