ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the plaintiff-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 7, 2012, and an order of the same court entered March 11, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the plaintiff-respondent to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 5, 2013, and the brief of the plaintiff-respondent must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
