Pending in the above-docketed matter is petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely filed May 19, 2022. On December 6, 2022, respondent filed a response to the motion setting forth therein his objections to the motion. By order served January 23, 2023, the Court directed the parties to confer with each other, and ordered petitioner to file a reply to respondent's response to the pending motion to proceed remotely, which was due on or before March 21, 2023. As of this date the Court has received no such response.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's just referenced motion is denied without prejudice.
