ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal. On May 19, 2016, we abated this appeal and ordered the trial court to make findings regarding appellant's overdue brief. On June 13, 2016, we received appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief. Therefore, to expedite the appeal, we VACATE our May 19, 2016 order to the extent it requires findings.

We GRANT appellant's motion, and we ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order. The State's brief shall be due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.
