ROBERT JAMAR FIELDS APPELLANT v. STATE OF ARKANSAS APPELLEE

APPEAL FROM THE UNION COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
[NO. 70CR-17-27] HONORABLE HAMILTON H. SINGLETON, JUDGE MOTIONS GRANTED PER CURIAM

Robert Jamar Fields has lodged a record appealing his convictions for a number of offenses from Union County. Prior to lodging the appellate record in this court, Fields filed a petition for writ of error coram nobis in the circuit court alleging claims of a third-party confession and withheld evidence. Fields now motions this court to stay briefing and reinvest jurisdiction with the Union County Circuit Court to consider the pending petition for writ of error coram nobis. Fields contemporaneously filed a motion to supplement the record with a certified, file-marked copy of his petition for writ of error coram nobis. Under the circumstances as set out in the motions, we grant both the motion to stay briefing and reinvest jurisdiction with the circuit court and the motion to supplement the record.

Motions granted.
