Before the Court is court reporter Georgina Ware's May 6, 2024 third request for an extension of time to file the record. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before MAY 22, 2024. We caution Ms. Ware that if the reporter's record is not filed by MAY 22, 2024, the Court may use whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Ware not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the clerk to send a copy of this ORDER to Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Dallas District Courts.
