This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 4, 2023.

On November 15, 2023, docket entry 23, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance. The parties' Motion indicates that the parties request more time to reach a resolution in this case.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed November 15, 2023, docket entry 23, is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued.

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
