Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated August 9, 2011, which determined an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 7, 2011, and to stay enforcement of the order and judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal to the Court of Appeals.
