This appeal has been abated for most of the past year pending completion of a bill of review proceeding seeking to have set aside the judgment that is the subject of this appeal. By order signed October 12, 2022, the trial court denied relief and dismissed the proceeding. Accordingly, we REINSTATE the appeal.
The appeal will be submitted in due course on the briefs previously filed.
