Appeal from an order granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and directing assessment of damages, and from the judgment thereupon entered. Plaintiff sued for $187,781.51. The judgment was for $22,493.83. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
