But for certain additional redactions made to the documents attached to the filing at Docket Index No. 15, the foregoing filings appear to be duplicative. That being so, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Answer at Docket Index No. 14 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Answer at Docket Index No. 14 shall be sealed and retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
