DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Linden Summers III, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Teresa C. Mulliken, Esq., P.O. Box 204, Harpersfield, NY 13786, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
