Fetzer v. Fla. Dep't of Children & Families

Supreme Court of Florida.
Apr 15, 2014
143 So. 3d 918 (Fla. 2014)

Opinion

No. SC13–1944.

2014-04-15

Daniel FETZER, Petitioner(s) v. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, Respondent(s).

The petitioner filed a petition for writ of mandamus with the Court. To the extent the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directed toward the district court, the petition is denied for failure to establish a clear legal right to the relief requested. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10 (Fla.2000). To the extent the petitioner seeks additional relief, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner seeking relief in the appropriate court.

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
