This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 24, 2023, for cases in which Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the place of trial.

The Court reminds the parties that, pursuant to the Court's standing pretrial order served January 6, 2023, the parties must provide the Court with current contact information.

To facilitate communication with the Court and between the parties, and to successfully conduct the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 20, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report setting forth the parties' (1) current and best telephone numbers, (2) current and best email addresses, (3) current mailing addresses, and (4) views, if any, as to whether they prefer an in-person trial or a trial conducted remotely via Zoomgov.
