JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER
Pursuant to LR IA 6-2, Plaintiffs and Defendants, by and through their respective counsel, stipulate as follows:
WHEREAS, on October 3, 2023 Plaintiffs filed a Motion for an Order Establishing a Program and Schedule for Notice to the Class of Pending Class Action (ECF No. 308, the "Motion");
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs also filed a Proposed Order accompanying the Motion (ECF No. 308-01), and the Proposed Order attached Plaintiffs proposed Class Notice (ECF No. 308-02) and Summary Class Notice (ECF No. 308-03):
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs and Defendants have met and conferred regarding the content of Plaintiffs' proposed Class Notice and Summary Class Notice forms; and
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs and Defendants have agreed to modifications to the proposed Class Notice and Summary Class Notice forms, which are reflected in Exhibits A and B to this Joint Stipulation, hi exchange for the Defendants' agreement that they will not oppose the Motion or otherwise object to Plaintiffs' Proposed Order (ECF No. 308-1);
Exhibits C and D reflect in redline the changes made and agreed to by the parties.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the Court's approval, that the Court should: (1) replace ECF Nos. 308-02 and 308-01 with Exhibits A and B to this Joint Stipulation; and (2) otherwise grant Plaintiffs' Motion (ECF No. 308) and Proposed Order (ECF No. 308-1).
