Action for specific performance of contracts for the sale of certain condominiums, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Burns, J., denied the defendant's motions to discharge the notice of lis pendens and to dissolve the prejudgment attachment that had been filed against the subject property, and the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
