Ferrero v. Ferrero

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Nov 22, 1983
441 So. 2d 1152 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1983)

Opinion

No. 82-2177.

November 22, 1983.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Rhea Pincus Grossman, Judge.

Gersten Vitale and Mark L. Deutsch, Miami, for appellant.

Young, Stern Tannenbaum and Glen Rafkin, North Miami Beach, for appellee.

Before HENDRY, HUBBART and DANIEL S. PEARSON, JJ.

Finding that reasonable persons could differ as to the propriety of the trial court's action, it follows that no abuse of discretion has been shown, and the judgment may not be disturbed. Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197, 1203 (Fla. 1982). See Price v. Price, 389 So.2d 666 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980).

Affirmed.
