MICHELLE A. FERRELL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On April 12, 2024, petitioner's counsel Gregory W. Mitchell filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. In the Motion, petitioner's counsel states that irreconcilable differences have arisen between himself and petitioner. Petitioner's counsel notes that petitioner objects to the motion, and provides, with petitioner's permission, a copy of her objection. Petitioner's objection confirms that petitioner and her counsel differ in their approaches to this case.

Upon due consideration of the record in this case, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is granted, and Gregory W. Mitchell is withdrawn as counsel for petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner Michelle A. Ferrell at the mailing address listed in the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
