Application for a prejudgment real estate attachment, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Goldberg, J., granted the application; thereafter, the court, Allen, J., granted the defendants' motion to dissolve the attachment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
