LANDLORD AND TENANT, § 54term of tenancy by holding over. Where tenants in possession of a residence under a lease for a period commencing November 1, 1941, and expiring September 30, 1942, held over after expiration of that term, the holding over created leases for same period as original lease, that is for eleven months; hence where tenants had continued in possession until 1948 they were entitled to possession for a period of eleven months from and after March 31 of that year, and plaintiffs could not by notice terminate the lease before that time.
