MEMORANDUM OPINION


The clerk's record in this appeal was due August 28, 2003. Appellant was notified by letter dated November 10, 2003 that the clerk had prepared the record and was holding it for payment. Appellant was directed to pay for the record within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, the clerk's record has not been filed with the Court. The Court received a letter from the mediator assigned to this appeal on November 21, 2003. The letter stated that the case settled at mediation and the parties would be filing a motion to dismiss the appeal. To date, no motion to dismiss has been received by the Court. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution.
