ORDER

This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin October 31, 2022. On October 20, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with petitioners, respondent's counsel, and Michael J. Scarduzio of the New York County Lawyers Association calendar call program. Mr. Scarduzio has not made a formal appearance on behalf of petitioners but participated in the conference call with the consent of the parties.

During the conference call, the parties agreed that a continuance would facilitate the resolution of this case. The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and that the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on October 31, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision or joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
