ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Before this Court is appellant's attorney's motion to withdraw as appellant's counsel. At this time, we will not rule on appellant's attorney's motion. We do, however, ABATE this appeal to the trial court to hold a hearing to determine whether appellate counsel should be dismissed and if so, whether appellate will represent himself on appeal or an appellate counsel should be appointed by the trial court.
The trial court shall file a supplemental clerk's record containing the court's written findings pursuant to this order within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Angela Tucker, presiding judge of the 199th Judicial District Court of Collin County, counsel for the State, and to appellant Ocastor Ferguson, Collin County Detention Facility, 4300 Community Avenue, McKinney, Texas via first-class mail.
This appeal is ABATED for the trial court to comply with this order. The appeal will be reinstated when the Court receives the trial court's supplemental clerk's record or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
