Petition for review allowed; Court of Appeals' Order Denying Reconsideration, dated June 18, and the Commissioner's Order of Dismissal, dated April 8, vacated; case remanded to the Court of Appeals for the following purposes: (1) consideration of petitioner's response to the state's motion to dismiss, filed in the Court of Appeals on March 25, and (2) determination whether petitioner's petition for judicial review of the final order of the Oregon State Board of Nursing, revoking her license, was timely filed on March 2, 2020. Review Allowed.
