ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its June 2, 2020, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is denied. The Petitioner's motion for leave to amend or supplement preliminary petition for review and motion to file an over-length and untimely amended petition for review are both denied. Respondent Baker Law Firm's request for attorney fees is also denied.
