United States District Court, D. Massachusetts
Sep 11, 2007
CIVIL ACTION NO. 06-11697-GAO (D. Mass. Sep. 11, 2007)

Opinion

CIVIL ACTION NO. 06-11697-GAO.

September 11, 2007

ORDER

By his pro se complaint, the plaintiff apparently seeks an order from this Court commanding the defendant Federal Bureau of Investigation to conduct an investigation of certain matters and to pay him damages for its failure to have done so. The complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), for the several reasons set forth in the defendant's brief in support of its motion to dismiss. The motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and the action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

As a result of the dismissal, all other pending motions are MOOT.

It is SO ORDERED.
