MARRIAGE, § 3 — validity of marriage of 18-year-old male. Marriage of a male person between ages of 18 and 21 years, even without consent of his parents, is valid; hence decree of annulment of marriage under complaint alleging merely that plaintiff was only 18 years of age at time of marriage was unauthorized.
