Appeal of defendant Hurwitz Bros. Iron Metal Co., Inc., dismissed, without costs, upon consent of attorneys for all parties, given in open court. The judgment so far as appealed from by the defendant Conduit-Miller Co., Inc., is affirmed, with costs. All concur.
