Action to recover damages for breach of a construction contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury and tried to the court, McDonald, J.; judgment for the plaintiffs, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court, which set aside the trial court's judgment and remanded the matter for a new trial; thereafter the defendants, on the granting of certification, appealed to the Supreme Court, which reversed this court's judgment and remanded the matter to this court for further consideration. Affirmed.
